your diabetes management. From eating healthier to reducing health
risks, a diabetes educator can guide you. Whether you’ve just been diagnosed or have

  1. More people with type 2 diabetes need to be referred to a Certified Diabetes Educator ( CDE ) CDE's know the ins and out of living with diabetes. The everyday things that can help you better control your diabetes. For example, did you know that if you must have juice instead of fruit, it helps to drink only 4 oz ( 1/2 cup ) and drink it at the END of the meal when your insulin that is active is available.
