  1. you should find ways to MAKE you happy. If you have dissabilities find a way to exercise your healthy parts of your body…. It is not the intensity. It is the time you spend….

  2. The lecture is proved my BP at 9am was 133/97,after 30minutes brisk walk it recorded 120/80,however I take all prescribed medicines .Exercise has a very good role in BP/Blood sugar management.
