  1. Right! Because everyone can just drop $35.00 + for a little COPD manual breather!! I love how you guys say that its inexpensive… Guess what? Not all of us have doctor sized paychecks….sheesh.

  2. That mini elliptical looks cool! Another great video. That breather is way cheaper than continous meds and hospital bills.

  3. Great video again. I bought and have used "The Breather" now for a month or two. It's not as easy as you might think, but my voice therapist said it is helping my voice and vocal cords. My allergist said I have 110% inhalation and exhalation power now! ๐Ÿ™‚ I only have it on level 2 now still, but it works! I also have a foot exerciser for sitting. Not the one you show, but it has adjustments (10) for resistance and LED readouts for elapsed time, rotations, distance, etc. It helps build up my calf muscles, and I think helps also my hamstrings and quads, and maybe up to the hip flexors perhaps.

For anyone wanting to see the leg exerciser I have, the link is below. It's really a workout for weaker leg muscles if you use it for 5 minutes even and go against resistance fairly fast. It certainly raises my heart BPM.

I have this and it's great

  5. I heard from another health expert awhile back saying the same exact thing to increase fruits and vegetables and change diet to help with lung function. This is definitely a must do! ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘

  6. Exercise lungs, exercise body, eat right. Got it! โœ…โœ…โœ…ps Iโ€™m not allowed
To facebook. Put me in on a drawing!!!!

  7. Quit smoking and vaping before you reach the point of no return. I quit 10 years ago. The best thing I did for myself and my health.

  9. Try looking up older videos from Ultimate Pulmonary Wellness Center, Lungexercise, and Burke Rehabilitation (their lung exercises)….all on YouTube.

  10. nice video. I hope you can find a fix for a broken heart soon, its one of the most common porblems in the world. also a fix for a broken wallet would help too XD

  11. I use the BreatheEasy Lung Expander Exerciser to keep my oxygen levels peaked. Itโ€™s only $20 on Amazon. Iโ€™ve had mine for five years and now have three of them, one in the bathroom, one in my car and one in my suitcase.
