  1. I’m going to try this and report back. I’m sorry I did not see this video before I got on medication. I have SVT and MVP without regurgitation which may be what causes my high blood pressure. I’m on Tenormin now for almost a year. I will try the exercises and compare ( I usually test my BP before bed) so I will be able to see the difference it makes. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.

  3. Thank you so much Mr.Goh my mother's BP was around 192, and I was so worried but she would not take medication I showed her your program and she has been doing it everyday for the last 2 week. I check her BP today and it now down to 154, still high but it's down, she watches your YouTube video twice a day and follows you. Thank you so much. God bless 🙏 you.

    And should we count one number for each knee bending?

  10. Thanks Austin. This stuff works. My mom had high blood pressure 141/66, even though using medicine, after practicing for 2 days, hers went down to 121/66 until now was about 15 days, her blood pressure was still the same normal. I think it is so helpful for everyone. Thanks again.

    Hello Austin, you might not have heard of the many reality shifts aka Mandela effects, but the human anatomy has changed dramatically.
    The heart is now in the center of the chest, leaning to left side, the kidneys are higher up, behind the ribs, and the liver is now positioned on top of the stomach.
    In my memory, my heart was always left, exactly where you remember it.

  19. I had an hemorrhagic stroke due to high blood pressure. Am recovering well but still feel numbness in on my left side but my blood pressure is still high on and off so is it safe to do these exercises coz I’m desperate to bring my pressure back to normal coz the Med s are causing stomach issues?

  21. I did your exercise as shown for 17 days but didn't have any reduction of BP. It tended to go higher. What went wrong. Before doing your exercise my BP was 128/88, after doing your exercise for two weeks and more, my BP rose to 140/104

  31. My blood pressure has been about 200 over 107 and was wondering if it’s ok to do it when it’s this high and would my bp start to come down before the two weeks are up and can a guy do this while on bp meds? I’m going to hold off on taking a pill

An hour ago I got some really bad news and although I’m on medication that controls my heart rate and blood pressure; my blood pressure shot right up and I started to feel uneasy, the kind of uneasy that landed me in the ER with an SVT attack some months ago. So I pondered what to do, I remembered your video and I started to do the exercises. My blood pressure got back into the stable numbers and I’m feeling ok.
