How to get rid of digital eye strain in 3 minutes without eye drops

to get rid of your eye strain. Massage your hands one,
two, three, four, five. Place on your eyes and
massage it outward, one. Massage firmly against the skin. If you are doing it right,
you will feel the friction from your eyelid skin. Massage in a clockwise direction, one, two, three, four, five. One, two three, four, five. Anti-clockwise direction, one, two, three. Don’t worry, rub strongly,
you won’t damage your eyes, they are very durable. Massage the side of
your eyes, up and down. One, two, three, four, five. One two, three, four, five. With your finger knuckles,
place on top of your eyes, and massage it outward. One, two, three, four, five. One, two, three, four five. Push it in and out, one, two, three, four. Please push firmly so that you
feel the texture of the eye. Four, five, push it in,
and hold for five second. One, two, three, four, five. And gently drop your
hands, and open your eyes. Blink your eyes, one,
two, three, four, five. Please blink strongly. Three, four, five. Place your hands on your eyes
and hold for five seconds. One, two, three, four, five. On your side of your
eyes, and blink your eyes, one, two, three, four. As you blink, please
hold the temple firmly. Four, five. With your finger knuckles on your eyes, and massage in a clockwise direction. One, two, three, four, five. One, two, three, four, five. Anti-clockwise direction. One, two, three, four, five. One, two, three, four, five. Push it in, and hold for five seconds. One, two, three, four, five. And gently drop your hands
down, open your eyes. Blink your eyes, one, two, three, four. Please follow my pace, and blink firmly. Five. Place your hands on your eyes,
and hold it for five seconds. One, two, three, four, five. And gently drop your hands down. I have here, a cold wet
