Welcome to health care at home In the previous episode we were talking about High Blood Pressure And I have told you that along with High BP there is one another problem which occurs that is blockage of arteries And blockage of arteries means that either you have to go for bi-pas surgery or Angioplasty and in case of major blockage there is always a threat of heart attack So, why these arteries goes block, first of all let us know this Arteries become block due to eating lot of deep fried, junk food so, firstly you have to stop all this , at their place you should use vegetables,fruits, spouts You can also use dairy products but make sure you use low fat milk and low fat curd as its available now a days Remember that try to avoid usage of Vanaspati ghee which is also called Dalda because it has too much of tarns fat And i have often seen that non vegetarians use Dalda and with this there is a maximum threat of blockage of arteries Specially , if you eat in such restaurants So, if you are going to a restaurant then you must ask that this dish is not made up from Dalda in case it is cooked from Vanaspati Ghee then you should’t eat it at all and in case you have high blood pressure then you must not consume it at all else there are major chances of your blockage of the arteries and if possible then you should not use red meat at all and in case you are taking any non veg item then take it without its fat specially the fat of red meat is very dangerous for people who suffers from high BP. so, even if you eat chicken then take its fat out. Although I would suggest you that in case you have problem of High BP then you should stop eating red meat and if possible then you should low down the consumption of non vegetarian items once in 15 days that also when you have habit of eating non veg, instead use seasonal green vegetables Let me tell you a method if you had very much oily food then what you have to do is You should drink hot water instead of normal water post eating oily food drink hot water and take 3-4 garlic loves after your meal take a small piece of ginger and 1/2 onion, grind them extract its juice Add some lemon juice and some water in this juice if you have had non veg or oily food then the water which you have prepared you can even add some water drink it with sip like the way you drink Tea as it will low down the danger of the blockage of your arteries Along with this you have to low down your sodium intake that means low down your salt intake If you have problem of High Blood pressure then you have to immediately stop smoking anyhow try to quit smoking If you take Alcohol, then also you have to stop it and in case you can’t then rare its consumption Limit your alcohol dose from 1-2 peg at any occasion & in case you can stop it then nothing like this Rather you can do one thing take 1 tsp gooseberry powder and add 1 tsp honey in it mix it and consume this with an empty stomach in morning with lukewarm water You will notice that your High BP will be in control Along with use Coconut water as it contains good amount of potassium , magnesium & Vitamin C which helps a lot to low down the high BP & also hydrate the body Take out juice of 50 ml Spinach leaves juice as its its consumption too helps a lot to low down your high BP Its often seen that you feel Uneasy when your BP goes high & some people tend to have vomit.
