the risk of developing hypertension- or high blood pressure- in the future. High fitness
levels also lowered hypertension risk in patients who were already at a higher risk for heart
disease. Other doctors have also said that exercise helps the body cope with stress and
keep the heart healthy. Try to exercise at least three times a week.
