  1. So peppermint essential oil should be avoided? I use it almost everyday cause of my allergies also use it for indigestion and for headches and it helps I did had high blood pressure but nothing happends to me I also use lavender, Lemon, Tea Tree, Orange, Bergamot Eucalyptus Radiata, and grapefruit that's all the essential oils I did used to use Rosemary I did liked the smell my mom who has blood pressure she used to use it and nothing wrong happen to us I don't know but now I know more and I will never use Rosemary or grapefruit I don't like the smell of grapefruit
