cuisine or meal type. On Diabetes Food Hub, you can save your recipes in the Recipe Box, plan your meals for a week, and generate your Grocery List. Simply create a profile and we’ll serve
up recipes on the homepage tailored specifically to you! After you sign up, click on the calendar icon
to access your personal Meal Planner. The saved recipes from your Recipe Box show up in the right column. Drag and drop to create
a full week’s worth of menus. To get nutrition information on your meals, click on Nutrition Facts. With your meal plan complete, it’s time to generate your Grocery List. Remove or change quantities of items you may already have to customize your Grocery List, then print, download, or email your list, which can also be easily accessed on your smartphone and tablet devices.
